Shenzhen Beiling Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Reikowo IoT app (the “App”). This policy explains how we process personal information and device data when you use account, device-management, map, alert, notification, and report features.
Please read this policy before using the App. Refusing Camera or Notification permission does not prevent basic account and device-management services, but the corresponding scan or notification feature will not be available.
1. Controller and scope
Controller: Shenzhen Beiling Technology Co., Ltd. Privacy contact: admin@reikowo.com. This policy applies to both the Android and iOS versions of the App and related services, not independently operated third-party services. Platform-specific data and SDKs are expressly identified below. The App is intended for users authorized to manage IoT devices. Device identifiers, locations, telemetry, and alerts may be personal information when linked to an identifiable person.
2. Data we process and why

Camera scan
The code content detected from a device QR code/barcode
To identify and bind a device, only after you select scan. Camera images and video are not retained or uploaded; manual IMEI entry is available.
Notifications
Android: ANDROID ID (Android ID), OAID, AAID, Boot ID, push registration ID/device token, internal-user-ID-based alias, tags, device model/manufacturer, operating-system information, network type/IP address, app information, and push logs. iOS: APNs device token, push registration ID, a de-identified device identifier, alias/tags, device model, operating-system and network/IP information, app information, and push logs. It does not include ANDROID ID, and this App does not enable IDFA.
Generate a de-identified unique device identifier, select an available push channel, deliver device alerts and service notices accurately, and troubleshoot delivery. After you accept this policy and sign in, the JPush SDK collects the information applicable to your platform and transmits necessary information over encrypted network connections. Notification permission is requested only when you enable notifications.
Diagnostics and local storage
Error type/message/stack, screen, app version, platform, locale, necessary logs; locally stored session, client ID, preferences, and reports you export
Reliability, security, troubleshooting, maintaining sign-in and preferences, and exporting files to your Downloads folder at your request.
The App itself does not access contacts, SMS, call logs, photo albums, microphone, installed-app lists, or phone location. For JPush, the App disables optional collection of IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, Wi-Fi SSID/BSSID, cell information, and phone GPS. On iOS, the App does not enable IDFA or request tracking or location permission. JPush processes only the necessary information for the current platform; the Huawei push channel is integrated only in the Android version.
3. Permissions
Camera (Android/iOS) is used only for your requested device-code scan. Notifications (Android/iOS) are used for alerts and can be disabled in App or system settings. On Android, Internet, network state, Wi-Fi state, vibration, and wake lock support communication, reconnecting after network interruption, network availability, and notifications; they are not used independently to identify you.
4. Third parties and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only where necessary to provide a feature, with your separate consent, or as required by law.
Provider
Purpose and data
JPush/JCore SDK Provider: Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Android information: ANDROID ID (Android ID), OAID, AAID, Boot ID and other device identifiers. iOS information: APNs device token, push registration ID, and a de-identified device identifier; ANDROID ID is not applicable, and this App does not enable IDFA. Information common to both platforms: device model/manufacturer, operating-system information, network type/IP address, app information, push registration ID, tags, internal-user-ID-based alias, push logs, and notification content. Purpose: generate a de-identified unique device identifier, select a push channel, deliver messages accurately, and troubleshoot delivery. Method/scenario: after you accept this policy and sign in, the SDK automatically collects and transmits necessary information over encrypted networks for device-alert and service-message delivery. The App disables optional collection of IMEI, IMSI, MAC, Wi-Fi SSID/BSSID, cell information, and GPS. See the Jiguang Privacy Policy and JPush Compliance Guide.
Information: basic app information, AAID, push token, device model, operating-system and system-setting information, network type, carrier information, SSID, and IP address. Purpose: establish the vendor push channel and deliver messages on Android Huawei devices. Method/scenario: after you accept this policy and sign in, the SDK processes this information automatically only when Android Huawei-device push is used. The iOS version does not integrate this SDK. According to Huawei's statement, system settings, carrier information, SSID, and IP address are processed locally and are not uploaded to Huawei servers. See the Huawei Push SDK Privacy Statement.
Baidu Maps or Google Maps
When you open maps, routes, address lookup, or a map report, the selected provider may process device location, IP, and WebView/device information. Provider selection is server-configured. See Baidu Maps and Google.
When you share a device, only necessary device permissions are made available to the registered user you select. We do not publicly display your phone number or email.
5. Retention, storage, and security
We retain data for the shortest period necessary for the stated purposes. Account, device, and business data are generally retained while the account or authorization relationship exists. After a deletion request, we review and delete or otherwise handle data as required for legal, dispute, audit, and security purposes. Data is stored on servers in the People's Republic of China. If cross-border processing becomes necessary, we will follow applicable legal requirements and use appropriate safeguards. We use reasonable measures such as HTTPS transmission, access controls, and need-to-know management; no internet transmission is completely secure.
6. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, delete, copy, or transfer your personal information; withdraw consent; request account deletion; or ask questions. Use Profile to edit account data, Notification Preferences or system settings to disable notifications, and system settings to revoke Camera permission. Sign-out clears the current session and removes push aliases/tags. To request deletion, go to Profile → Account Deletion; the request is reviewed and does not immediately erase business data. You may also email admin@reikowo.com. We may verify your identity before responding.
7. Children
The App is not designed for children under 14. If you are under 14, use it only with a guardian's consent and guidance. A guardian who believes we processed a child's data without consent may contact us at the address above.
8. Updates
We may update this policy as features, services, or legal requirements change. For material changes to purposes, methods, data types, or your rights, we will provide prominent notice through the App or another appropriate method and obtain consent where required. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
